Your loss has triggered an irreversible change in your life and in this program you will work to uncover the life you’d like to live without your spouse or life partner by your side. You’ll develop strategies to learn to find joy and live the life you want after your loss.

- Accept Your Loss: you’ll explore the importance of accepting the reality of your loss as a crucial step in the healing process. You’ll never “get over it” or “move on”, but accepting your new reality will help you move forward.
- Reclaim Purpose and Meaning: Rediscover a sense of purpose and meaning in life, even in the face of loss. Engage in activities and reflections that help you identify your values, passions, and aspirations, guiding you towards the life you want to live.
- Acquire Practical Tools for Moving Forward: Receive practical guidance on how to move forward after accepting your loss. This may include setting realistic goals, creating a supportive environment, and engaging in activities that promote healing and personal development.
- Develop a Plan for the Future: Develop a forward-looking mindset, identifying goals and aspirations for the future. Establish a roadmap for personal growth, ensuring that the journey through grief contributes to a stronger and more resilient version of yourself.
- Learn to Celebrate the Life of your Spouse or Life Partner: You’ll uncover ways to honor the memory of your loved one by celebrating their life and legacy. You’ll identify rituals, traditions, and activities that commemorate their presence and contribute to a sense of acceptance and moving forward in life.
- Discover New Perspectives: You’ll explore traditional beliefs and perceptions surrounding loss and identify ways to open yourself to new possibilities and insights to develop a sense of purpose and meaning in your loss.
