At the end of this program you will:
Acknowledge your Emotions: Learn to identify and acknowledge a range of emotions associated with loss. The program encourages a healthy exploration of feelings, fostering self-awareness and compassion.
Learn Self-Compassion: Develop a sense of self-compassion and learn how to give yourself grace during the grieving process. You will be encouraged to embrace your own unique journey and timeline for healing.
Accept Support: Understand the importance of seeking and accepting support from friends, family, and your community. The program emphasizes the value of allowing others to help you and support you in your grief. From preparing food to running errands to sharing your experience to connecting with others who want to support you or have gone through similar losses, support is critical in your journey through grief.
Acquire Coping Mechanisms: Acquire practical coping strategies to navigate the shock and denial effectively. You will be equipped with tools and consider ideas to manage grief-related stressors.
Better Communicate your Grief to Others: Refine your communication skills to express and share emotions with loved ones. The program encourages open and honest dialogue, fostering stronger connections with family and friends.
Understand Grief: Everyone experiences grief differently and at different levels depending on your connection to the one you lost. You’ll gain insights into the various stages and emotions of grief, recognizing that they are natural and non-linear, helping you comprehend the complexity of their emotions.

This is a 3 month program, which includes: 12 x 45 minute weekly personal 1:1 virtual coaching calls 3 months of email support between sessions on weekdays (48 hour response time) Self-care work
