This transformative program will focus on tapping into your resilience to move through your grief. You will embark on a journey of emotional healing, uncovering strategies to navigate the challenging emotions and stress associated with loss and reclaim a sense of normalcy in daily life.

At the end of this program you will:
- Understand Resilience: you’ll learn how to cultivate and strengthen resilience in the face of grief, recognizing your inner strength to move through and past the stress and negative emotions of grief to help you get back to daily life.
- Acknowledge the Emotions of Grief: you’ll look inward to identify the emotions of your grief. Grief is personal and unique. You may feel anxious, self-critical, guilty, angry, relieved or many other emotions – all are normal and we’ll work through each emotion as they come.
- Acquire Mindfulness and Self-Care: develop self-care rituals, promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being enabling a smoother transition back to daily life.
- Rebuild your Daily Routines: we’ll work together to reconstruct daily routines that align with your new reality, including balancing personal and professional responsibilities while allowing space for grief and healing.
- Rediscover Joy in Daily Life: you’ll identify activities and life events that give you joy and learn how to re-engage in life experiences in a positive way to foster a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment.
- Transform and Grow from your Grief: Explore the potential for personal growth and transformation that can arise from navigating the grieving process. By leveraging resilience, you will discover the possibility of finding new meaning and purpose in life after loss.
- Learn how to Embrace Hopeful Feelings: You’ll learn to tap into emotions like hope, gratitude, kindness and bravery to not only feel them, but use them to actively adjust to your loss.

This is a 3 month program, which includes:
- 12 x 45 minute weekly personal 1:1 virtual coaching calls
- 3 months of email support between sessions on weekdays (48 hour response time)
- Self-care work
